2. Bookings and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or through the Rezium.ca website.
- Quotes are provided based on project details. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen complexities, subject to your approval.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash and/or e-transfer.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a service fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure that the work area is safe, free of hazards, and accessible.
- For furniture assembly, clients are responsible for ensuring that all parts and instructions are available on-site.
- For mounting or other services, specify any client-supplied materials in advance.
- Provide accurate details about the project (e.g., item dimensions, wall type) to ensure efficient service.
- Rezium is not liable for missing, defective, or damaged furniture parts provided by third-party retailers.
5. Liability
- Rezium guarantees that all work will be carried out in a professional and careful manner.
- Rezium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- For wall mounting, clients are responsible for confirming the suitability of walls for installation (e.g., load-bearing, presence of electrical wiring or plumbing).
6. Warranty
- Rezium provides a 7-day workmanship warranty on completed services. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications after installation.
- Issues with our assembly or mounting services must be reported within 30 days, and we will rectify them at no additional cost.
7. Website Use
- All content on Rezium.ca, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Rezium and may not be reproduced without permission.
- The website may contain links to third-party sites. Rezium is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Safety and Conduct
- We adhere to strict safety protocols to protect your property and our team.
